RESERVATIONS
Are reservations required, or can we just show up?
Reservations are required for brewery tours as well as for visiting the hospitality lounge without taking a tour. Reservations are released 25 days in advance, and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not required to visit the gift shop.
What days are you offering tours?
We are open Thursdays-Monday, and we are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays along with some holidays, company events, and brewery maintenance.
When are reservations available to book?
Reservations are available 25 days in advance at 12 AM Midnight Mountain Time. Reservations sell out quickly, and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Why can’t I see reservations for a particular day?
It could be one of the following reasons:
1) We are sold out for that day.
2) There is not enough available space for your group size on any of our available experience times.
3) We are closed to visitors that day.
4) Reservations have not yet released for that date.
Can I still come in if I can't make a reservation?
Visitors are welcome to come to visit our gift shop without a reservation during our normal business hours. Gift shop visitors should check-in with our tour staff at the tour parking lot located at 502 14th Street Golden, CO 80401.
Can I get on a waitlist?
We do have a waitlist, go to "Tour Information" above, then click on the experience type and look for the join the waitlist link. Once spots open up, they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis via email.
Do you offer an accessible tour?
We do offer an accessible tour. Please use the contact form prior to booking a reservation on our website. Reach out well in advance for booking.
GENERAL
Are we able to bring minors under 21?
Guests under the age of 21 must accompanied by someone 21 or older the entire time they are visiting. We ask that parents of young children please keep them under close supervision during their visit. Strollers are not permitted on the tour, but wearable or handheld carriers are welcome.
Is the tour pet friendly?
Only service animals trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are permitted in accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We cannot allow other dogs, pets, or animals, including those whose sole function is to provide comfort, emotional support, companionship, or therapy.
Can we visit the gift shop without taking a tour?
Visitors are welcome to come to visit our gift shop without a reservation during our normal business hours. Gift shop visitors should check-in with our tour staff at the tour parking lot located at 502 14th Street Golden, CO 80401.
Do you provide wheelchairs?
We do not supply wheelchairs or other mobility devices. If you are interested in setting up an accessible tour, please go to the contact form.
Do you offer large group tours?
Large groups are welcome to book any available tours when they go on sale on our website. We cannot take group tour requests that fall outside of our regular hours or tour schedule.
Do you do private events?
Our facilities are not available to rent for private, non-company events. We highly encourage anyone looking to host an event in Golden to patronize some of our outside local businesses with event space.
We are running late, or our group is not all present. Can we still go?
Visitors should arrive at our tour parking lot 15 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation time. We will not delay brewery tours for late arrivals or incomplete groups. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund for the ticket price and tax, less the non-refundable service fee. Visitors who are not present at their scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund. We will not reschedule reservations for late arrivals, no-shows, or incomplete groups.
